Dayne Milkovich and Jovan Mitrovich created townhouse system that located in center of Belgrade, Serbia. They want to make luxury and modern townhouse in Belgrade which will more harmonious and more beautiful with surrounding nature. This apartment is belong to Greek artist Jota Voglina. This Townhouse included four apartment with three level apartment. First floor is working studio, second floor is entrance area, living room and kitchen and the third floor is private room, office and nursery. All the walls is painted white to allow light fill all entire space of the apartment. It's also useful to give highlight of the detail of the townhouse itself. The decoration of this townhouse mostly using natural materials like stone, glass and wood. This townhouse have artificial multiloop lighting system that gives unique look to the rooms in the evening. Success of this project is marked on "Salon of Architecture". It held at the Museum of Applied Art in Belgrade.
